The users can verify themselves by using the following aspects:

  1. Properties file - Check the value of the secured flag in jdbc.properties. By default, it is set to false.
    The value of the “secured” flag shall be changed to “true” when Zephyr & Jira both are on HTTPS.

  2. Check the user who is set in Defect Tracking administration has the admin privilege and has access to the webhook if the webhook needs to be managed by the Zephyr page. The User must have permission to browse the project in Jira.
