Synchronization
Starting October 11, 2024 (Zephyr Enterprise 8.2), the Zephyr Enterprise documentation moved from its current location on Atlassian to a dedicated, standalone Zephyr Enterprise documentation page. Please see: https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-enterprise/docs/en/zephyr-enterprise/zephyr-user-guide/test-planning/synchronization-and-flagging-unflagging.html
Synchronization
Once a Test Cycle is created and assignments are made, additional nodes or test cases (newly created, modified, or moved within the Test Repository) can be changed in a cycle. If nodes or test cases have been deleted in the Test Repository tool, they can be deleted from the cycle. This is done via the Sync button found in the toolbar of the assignment window.
Folder from Test Repository is Sync
1. Click on the button towards the top left of the interface.
- On clicking this button, the following prompt is displayed:
If any Test case or Folder is created it will bring those test cases/Folders to the Planning
If any Test case or Folder is deleted on check of the Flag “Remove the deleted folder/test case from the schedule” it will remove the deleted folder/test case from the schedule
If the Flag “Mark as Unexecuted for the executed test case of the latest version” is checked then it will bring the current version of the test case and mark the executed test case as Un-executed
2. click "Continue" to proceed with the synchronization.
