System Admin
Administering the Zephyr Server is very straightforward and as a Test Manager/Administrator of the system, you have complete control over these 3 areas if Zephyr is installed in-house.
Server Status
In the eventuality that you may have to start or stop the Zephyr Server, please ensure that you are logged into the machine on which Zephyr is installed and run the "Start" and "Stop" commands from the Start Menu options.
Hosted/SaaS users: Please contact Zephyr Support if you need to do this.
Logging
Enterprise Edition customers: To aid Zephyr Support in debugging any issue you might be having, you may be asked to view or provide the server logs. On Windows, the Start Menu option (Start...All Programs...Zephyr...Server Admin...View logs...) for Zephyr will allow you to easily do this. Please ensure that you are logged into the machine on which Zephyr is installed.
