Already a Zephyr Enterprise customer?
If you have already purchased Zephyr Enterprise and are interested in moving to a Zephyr Enterprise Cloud deployment, please contact your Zephyr Account Manager. Our support team can help you easily move your data from your existing Zephyr Enterprise Server instance to Zephyr Enterprise Cloud.

Managing Backups
Hosted/SaaS users: All your data (including attachments) is automatically backed up for you on a daily basis.
- Backups are run by default at 12 am in your local timezone. and the system will be inaccessible for less than 10 minutes.
- If you prefer to set another time for that daily backup, or if you need data to be restored, please contact Zephyr Support at https://support.getzephyr.com
