Zephyr Cloud Backups and Restore

Zephyr Cloud is a cloud hosted deployment of Zephyr or Zephyr Data Center.


Managing Backups

Cloud data (including attachments) are automatically backed up for you on a daily basis.

  • Backups are run by default at 12 am in your local timezone. and the system will be inaccessible for less than 10 minutes.
  • If you prefer to set another time for that daily backup, or if you need data to be restored, please contact Zephyr Support at https://support.getzephyr.com
