How to file a defect
Defects are filed in the Defect Tracking application that can be found in all user desktops. Defects can also be filed directly from the Test Execution application upon execution of the testcase (regardless of its result).
The Defect Tracking application is only available if JIRA is chosen in the Administration application by the Test Manager.
