Starting Release 8.2, Zephyr Enterprise documentation has moved from its current location on Atlassian to a dedicated, standalone Zephyr Enterprise Documentation page. Before sending a request to our Support team, you can create an archive containing system information and logs to help us debug the issue. To do that:

  1. Click Create Zip on the About Zephyr page:

Zephyr will generate a ZIP file containing the required data. The button will change to the Download Zip button:

  1. Click Download Zip to download the file, and then attach it to your support ticket.
