Log In to SmartBear Community Portal

This topic explains the steps to register and log in to the SmartBear Community portal.

If you are visiting the portal for the first time, you must register yourself. After the registration is complete, you will be able to log in to the portal.

Steps to Register:

To register, take the following steps:

  1. Open the SmartBear Community portal.

  2. On the SmartBear Community portal homepage, click Sign Up.
    The Registration page opens.

  3. On the Registration page, fill in the details such as username, password, and email ID, in the fields.

  4. Select the I’m not a robot check box.

  5. Click Register.
    The system sends a welcome message with a verification link to your email address.

  6. To complete your registration, open the email and click on the verification link from your email.
    This opens the SmartBear Community page with the Email Address Verified notification. This confirms that your registration is successful.

     

Steps to Log in:

To log in to the SmartBear Community portal, take the following steps:

  1. On the SmartBear Community portal homepage, click Log In.


    The Log In to SmartBear Community page opens.

  2. Enter your email ID and password in the fields.

  3. Click Log In.
    The system displays the Welcome to SmartBear Community page. Your login is successful.
