Testing teams undertake a variety of structured activities from writing tests to planning test cycles, executing manual and automated tests to filing defects and doing all that all over again. These activities are typically undertaken in a test management solution such as Zephyr Enterprise Edition and Zephyr for JIRA. Outside of these structured activities, the team has to undertake a number of different tasks like documenting testing strategies and plans, keeping track of requirements under test, creating a test schedule, tracking testing activities and reporting on software quality based on testing that happens in the test management solution.

Zephyr Blueprints for Confluence allows project teams to create, organize, track and report on such testing related information.

Like all things in Confluence, the "Create" button starts off the process and 3 different types of Zephyr Blueprints are available:

  1. Test Dashboard
  2. Test Plan and Schedules
  3. Testing Activities
