Required updates to Jira OAuth setup

Required updates to Jira OAuth setup

For Zephyr On-Prem, please follow the steps below starting from step 1.

For Zephyr Cloud, please skip to step 4.

Step 1: If JIRA OAuth was setup in a previous version, the user should create a backup of the 'applicationContext-resouces.xml' file which is located at "C:\Program Files\Zephyr\tomcat\webapps\flex\WEB-INF\classes"

Step 2: Stop the Zephyr service.

Step 3: Run the Upgrader tool.

Step 4: After upgrading, log in as the manager or any administrator user (user that has access to the Zephyr Administration).

Step 5: Navigate to the Defect Tracking page and edit the JIRA connection.

Step 6: Re-enter the consumer key name and the consumer private key which is available in the backup file. Afterwards, save the connection.

Step 7: Next, Zephyr will ask for the verification code: Simply click on the JIRA OAuth URL and login to Jira.

Step 8: Once access is approved, copy the verification code provided by Jira as shown below:

Step 9: Finally, enter the verification code in the Zephyr pop-up and click on Save.

This will complete the setup for Jira!
