Upgrade Zephyr Standalone Cloud
Upgrade of your Zephyr Standalone Cloud instance is performed by the Zephyr DevOps team. Rest in peace, our team performs a snapshot of your instance prior to upgrading, so if anything goes wrong we can revert to the previous instance in a few minutes.

Upgrade Zephyr Standalone On-Premise
Upgrading Zephyr Standalone On-Premise must be completed by your administrator. We recommend taking the following steps:
- Have your site Admin review the upgrade instructions here: Zephyr On-Premise Upgrade Instructions
- Plan a date and time slot for upgrading the system as the process will require downtime.
- If your site Admin prefers to have live guidance from our support team, please submit a ticket to coordinate a screen share call with our team.
