Use Zephyr Enterprise 7.18.0 to experience the latest improvements.

Announcement:

  • Elasticsearch 8.6.2 is supported from Zephyr Enterprise version 7.18.0.

  • Upgrade the Tomcat version to 9.0.72 in Zephyr Enterprise.

  • Improved attachment management:
    We introduced a new feature External Storage that helps users manage attachment storage for different projects. Administrators can map specific projects to different volumes for customized storage management based on project requirements.
    This feature enables administrators to optimize attachment storage.

 Fixed:

  • Fixed an issue where defects created in Zephyr failed to establish links with mapped Requirements in Jira, resulting in missing associations between imported requirements and created defects. (ZEPHYR-35337)

  • Fixed an issue with the Testcase custom field values not correctly exported to Excel file in the Test Execution module. (ZEPHYR-35312)

  • Fixed the data corruption in the release test schedule table by updating the API to ignore the Cycle phase ID in the RTS List. Thus, maintaining synchronization between UI and backend data. (ZEPHYR-35282)

  • Fixed the UI visibility and search problems for Picklist custom fields with multiple values during Bulk Edit, ensuring all values are visible and the search functionality works properly. (ZEPHYR-35698)

  • Fixed the data corruption by merging duplicate test step data and applied DB constraint for unique testcase_version_id in the test_step_version table. (ZEPHYR-35122)

  • Fixed the Jira Sync performance by replacing individual API calls with a bulk API call for Manual Jira Update, reducing unnecessary API calls and enhancing efficiency. (ZEPHYR-35042)

  • Fixed the performance of Testcase Clone by optimizing object list retrieval and query execution. (ZEPHYR-34819)

  • Fixed the broken attachment image display issue in the Defect Tracking update window for the requirements synced with Jira. (ZEPHYR-35091)

  • Fixed issues causing unintended removal of requirement-testcase mappings when deleting Jira sync requirements, while updating or deleting Jira issues. (ZEPHYR-35685)

  • Fixed an issue where the Test Step image was not displaying correctly, ensuring proper visibility. (ZEPHYR-35634)

  • Fixed an issue where we show all the attachments of Jira to Zephyr Requirements. (ZEPHYR-34962)

  • Fixed an issue where disassociated custom field values remained visible without edit capability in Test Case/Requirement pages. (ZEPHYR-35182)

  • Added .MHT file extension support to Test Complete for improved compatibility with log files.

  • Improved security and restricted visibility of consumerPrivateKey in the UI and public key in the API while editing Jira configuration. (ZEPHYR-35019)

  • Optimized performance for test case requirement mappings and attachment features for the - Test case clone API. (ZEPHYR-35100)
