In order for your Zephyr and Jira instances to be able to integrate, they should be accessible to each other.

Both Zephyr and Jira are available as Cloud and On-Premise (Server / Data Center) software:

Tip: How to get Zephyr and Jira IPs

To set up rules for firewalls and proxies, you need IP addresses of Zephyr Cloud or Jira Cloud instances.

To get the IP address, you can use an online service like https://www.whatismyip.com/dns-lookup/ or use a command-line utility nslookup, for example:

nslookup your-company.atlassian.net

Once you get the Zephyr IP, you can check it by adding /flex/html5 to the URL and opening it in a browser, for example, https://33.122.19.188/flex/html5.

In case network administrators face any challenges with this, please contact our Customer Care team.
