Dashboards are boards that can be accessed by Users, Leads, Managers, and Administrators. These boards can be configured by their creators to show a small or large amount of testing data generated by the testing activities done in other modules such as Requirements, Test Repository, Test Planning, Test Execution, etc.

To access the area to manage your dashboards, simply select the Dashboards menu at the top and then Manage Dashboards.

You will then be taken to a page that shows all your current dashboards. From here you can edit existing dashboards or create new ones.

Creating and Editing Dashboards

Create a New Dashboard

On the manage dashboard page, you have a few actions possible. One of these actions is to create a new dashboard. Select the Add button to begin the creation process.

The option are:

  • Name - Name of the dashboard used to identify it
  • Description - Short description of the dashboard
  • Layout - Allow gadgets in the dashboard to fill a single column in the page or sort into two adjacent columns
  • ShareType - All the dashboard to be visible to a selection of users: Private, Project Users, All Users

Once the dashboard options have been set, select the Save button to save the changes and start using the /wiki/spaces/ZEE50/pages/83067305.

Edit an Existing Dashboard

On the manage dashboard page, you have a few actions possible. One is to select the dashboard which will take you to the /wiki/spaces/ZEE50/pages/83067305 page where gadgets can be added and edited. The other options are to edit and delete. Delete will permanently remove the dashboard and all it's contents and it access from the Delete button. Edit will allow you to change any settings, options, or descriptions made during the creation process and can be access from the Edit button.
