The Help button is available only available on Zephyr-owned pages and will not be displayed for any default Jira pages.

The Help > Support option allows our users to easily create and submit a new support request. By clicking this option, you will be navigated to the SmartBear support portal where you can create a new support request if you are running into any issues or need assistance.

Improvement requests

The Help > Vote on featuresImprovement requests option navigates to the Trello board where the Ideas portal where you can vote on features to be implemented in future releases, and get insight into our planning for the project in regards to future releases.

In version 7.1.2, the Vote on features menu item will be renamed to Improvement requests, and it will take you to our new Ideas portal where you can vote on features and propose your ideas. The portal is already available, so you are welcome to use it now.

Clicking on Documentation opens the online Zephyr for JIRA Cloud documentation where you will find information on various product features.

Zephyr Status

Clicking on Zephyr Status opens the status page where you can see the current status of Zephyr for Jira Cloud and subscribe to updates on planned maintenance.
