To reconfigure your connection to the JIRA server, you can click the "cog" icon in Capture for JIRA above the tabs:

When connecting to JIRA Cloud instances, please be sure to use https:// and a username to login (as opposed to the email address for the user.) Otherwise, you may encounter the error: It looks like Capture for JIRA has run into an unexpected fatal error. You will need to restart Capture for JIRA which may fix this issue. |
