- Take a full backup of the existing Zephyr instance
- Uninstall Zephyr Enterprise Server 4.8_13818 (or any other supported upgrade version)
- /wiki/spaces/ZEE50/pages/77824057Install Zephyr Server 5.0
- Run the matching Zephyr Server 5.0 upgrader utility and use the backup data to /wiki/spaces/ZEE50/pages/80183551
- Check mode : Run the 5.0 upgrader in check mode first to verify the back up data contents.
- Upgrade mode: Upgrade to 5.0
- For Windows:
Once Verification is done at above step (i) run the upgrader from the command line as an Administrator
