This is an integrated defect tracking system with its own Defect Admin application that shows up in the Manager's Desktop and the actual Defect Tracking application that is displayed in all Desktops. Users who have not been added to the Zephyr server via the Resource Management application can also access this Defect Tracking System via the Defect User's Desktop.
You can now set up Users, Groups and Permissions, Projects and Custom Fields, Defect Workflow, Email notifications and other Preferences.
