Zephyr's Defect Tracking System can be used to track projects that are both internal to Zephyr (i.e. created via /wiki/spaces/ZEE48/pages/56131728 in the /wiki/spaces/ZEE48/pages/56131639) and are external. The internal projects are automatically added to this list and the Default Dev Owner and Default QA Owner should be selected.
 
External projects can be added by clicking on the "Add" button. This makes the Projects field editable and the Default Dev Owner and Default QA Owner fields can be changed. Clicking on the "Save" button creates that project in the Defect Tracking System.
 

 

Defect Fields

The following defect fields can be modified or customized:
 
1. Release
This field will not exist if the Defect Tracking System selected is "Internal". For "Bugzilla" and "JIRA", this is a mandatory field and will show up as a drop-down list when filing a /wiki/spaces/ZEE48/pages/56131683. Items for this drop-down list are added in this section.
2. Components
This is a mandatory field and will show up as a drop-down list when filing a /wiki/spaces/ZEE48/pages/56131683. Items for this drop-down list are added in this section. If you do not plan on using this field, please add a default value like "Example Component" as this is required.
3. Custom Label 1
This allows for adding a custom field and a list of items for its drop-down list.
4. Custom Label 2
This allows for adding a custom field and a list of items for its drop-down list.
