Starting October 11, 2024 (Zephyr Enterprise 8.2), the Zephyr Enterprise documentation moved from its current location on Atlassian to a dedicated, standalone Zephyr Enterprise documentation page. After configuring the integration and mapping requirements to test cases, you can view test case traceability in your Jira instance. To do that, open your Jira issue and scroll down to the Zephyr Enterprise - Traceability section to view all the traceability details, such as Backward Traceability Report and Forward Traceability Report.
The table shows the name of the project, as well as the names of the release, cycle and phase the test case belongs to. The section also shows the status of the last execution of each release. Clicking the status will open the execution in Zephyr.
For Zephyr Release 8.0 and later, JIRA Plugin version 1.8.8 or later is supported.
