To open the dialog:
1. As an Administrator, access the Administration section of Zephyr and select the Customizations tabnavigate to Administration > Customizations.
2. Now select the ‘Test Step Configuration’ button to receive the following dialog.
3. Ensure that the ‘Rich Text Editor Enable’ check box is checked.
