The Defects Admin section is displayed to the administrator/manager (It can be displayed for other users if it has been turned on in the Customizations section) when the 'Zephyr' option is chosen in the Administration pages. All the users added in the User Setup section are already automatic users of this Defect Tracking System. Active status of the user is shown alongside the user's ID, name, and the group they belong to.
Changing Groups
Users can be assigned to one group and this gives them the appropriate permissions to perform relevant actions in the Zephyr Defect Tracking System. These Groups and Permissions are created and managed in the Groups & Permissions tab of the Defects Admin section.
