The Defects Admin application section is displayed in the Test Manager's Desktop (and in any other user's desktop to the administrator/manager (It can be displayed for other users if it has been turned on in the Customizations section) when the "'Zephyr" ' option is chosen in the Administration modulepages. All the users added in the Resource Management module User Setup section are already automatic users of this Defect Tracking System. Active status of the user is shown alongside the user's ID, name, and the group they belong to.

Users can be assigned to one group and this gives them the appropriate permissions to perform relevant actions in the Zephyr Defect Tracking System. These Groups and Permissions are created and managed in the Groups & Permissions tab of the Defects Admin applicationsection.
