Map the fields.

POST /flex/services/rest/v3/import 

Create an import job.

POST /flex/upload/document/genericattachment

Upload the file to the system using the genericattachment call.

PUT /flex/services/rest/v3/import/execute/{id}/{action}

Run the import job.
